PERSONAL TRAINING or PRIVATE LESSONS
(Session-One Hour-All Trainers) All personal training, private or semi private sessions are by appointment only. When scheduling a private session, you will be asked to make a 50% deposit if you you do not have pre-paid sessions. Please give a minimum of 12 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit or charged for 1/2 of a pre-paid session for the appointment. Please understand that at times you may not be able to be trained by a particular trainer, or we may have to change the schedule at the last minute without notifying you. This occurs due to the various demands and unforeseen changes. However, we will of course do our very best to accommodate your requests.

24 Fitness Coached Sessions: Two times per week for a 12 week period. Includes total assessment beginning and end, pictures before and after, personalized nutritional program, and custom designed workout from your personal coach. Training binder refunded after completion of program.
36 Fitness Coached Sessions: Three times per week for a 12 week period. Includes total assessment beginning and end, pictures before and after, personalized nutritional program, and custom designed workout from your personal coach. Training binder, recipe book, motivational tapes, t-shirt, and off day cardio plan, and use of studio. This is the daddy of them all. Nutritional Regimen: without monitoring-this will include a complete assessment, 4 site caliper test for body fat percentage, we will be able to tell what you lean muscle mass is compared to your fat weight. This test also includes Vo2 Max Test on treadmill, Blood Pressure, Strength, Flexibility, 9 site girth measurements. Then we will personalize your nutritional plan to fit you to a tee. Goal specific, how active you are and what kind of food you want to eat. This will have your own sample menu!
12 Week Nutritional Regimen: completely individualized and custom-designed. No standard templates here! Specifically designed for you and your goals. Tells you exactly what to eat and when. Includes supplement recommendations and monitoring by email for 12 weeks.

The Journal provides a way to monitor your progress to becoming a healthier, happier and yes, better looking...you! It also serves to keep you motivated.
The Journal The Journal consists of two easy-to-use forms-a daily nutrition diary and an exercise tracking log. Much of your success will depend of your ability to consistently and regularly maintain your Journal. Each day you fill in your nutrition journal with the appropriate information regarding calories and fat grams. You can track grams of protein and carbohydrates as well.
In addition to keeping track of your nutrition intake, the Journal also should be used to keep a record of your exercise program. This record keeping will provide you with a daily "snapshot" of your physical progress. Remember, the most successful people are those who keep accurate records. So, let's get started! Recipe Books
At Fitness Evolution we try to help our clients with all aspects of a complete program. Our recipe books will give you a variety in food choices and has over 22 recipes for chicken. There are helpful hints on percentage of calories from fat, what is 1 serving and lower fat substitutes. This will help you stay on track and is a big part of your nutrition program.
